Schedule:Day Shift:7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Swing Shift:6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Night Shift:7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Clinical Details & ResponsibilitiesPractice Setting:Hospital
Patient Population:Adult inpatient medicine patients
Daily Census:Approximately 130-150 patients across the service
Patient Volume:Approximately 18-22 patients per provider during rounding
Clinical Responsibilities:- Provide comprehensive inpatient hospitalist care
- Perform daily patient rounds
- Round on ICU patients
- Manage ventilated patients
- Coordinate patient admissions and ongoing care
- Participate in daily multidisciplinary rounds (MDRs)
- Collaborate with consulting specialists and ancillary staff
- Complete timely medical documentation
Procedures:No specific procedures required.
Support & TechnologySupport Staff:- Nurse Practitioners
- Intensivist physician during day shift
- Intensivist Nurse Practitioner during night shift
- On-site administrative support Monday-Friday
- Weekend administrative support available by phone
Requirements- Ventilator management experience - Required
