Job Title: Internal Medicine Physician Job Type: Full-time, 7 on / 7 off - 12hr shifts Start Date: 45-60 days Job Description We are seeking an experienced Internal Medicine Physician to join our team on a 7 on / 7 off schedule, with 12-hour shifts. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality medical care to our patients, including diagnosing and treating a variety of illnesses, injuries, and diseases. Responsibilities Conduct comprehensive physical examinations of patients Order and interpret diagnostic tests and imaging studies Diagnose and treat illnesses, injuries, and diseases Develop and implement treatment plans Monitor and evaluate the progress of patients Prescribe medications and other treatments Educate patients and their families about their health conditions Work collaboratively with other healthcare professionals Requirements Board certification or eligibility in Internal Medicine Active state medical license Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment Ability to work independently with minimal supervision Dedication to providing high-quality, patient-centered care Compensation: The salary for this position ranges from $285k-$310k base salary, and includes full benefits. We offer a sign-on bonus of $10 - 15k that can be negotiated, relocation package of $10k and an Annual quality bonus of 20K.
