Reporting to the Chair of the Department of Medicine and working closely with the Designated Institutional Official (DIO), the Program Director will provide strategic leadership for all aspects of the residency program. You will foster a supportive learning environment where residents thrive, faculty are engaged, and scholarship, professionalism, and inclusion are embedded in the program's culture.

We offer a competitive base salary in the range of $275,000–$325,000, depending on experience, with the opportunity to supplement income through productivity incentives.
