Job Responsibilities: Manage adult inpatient and observation population, averaging 15-20 patients per day. Respond to codes and rapid responses; ventilator management experience preferred. Support discharge processes with the assistance of a strong case management team. Collaborate effectively with an experienced NP during weekdays. Qualifications: Board Certified in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine with hospitalist experience (REQUIRED). 1-2 years of hospitalist work or comparable inpatient adult medicine experience (REQUIRED). Clean background with no malpractice or license issues (REQUIRED). License and Certification Requirements: Must possess or be willing to obtain a Vermont medical license (REQUIRED).
