Full description

Brigham and Women's Primary Care is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Internal Medicine or Family Medicine Physician to join our growing network of primary care practices throughout Eastern Massachusetts. At Brigham and Women's Primary Care, we believe exceptional primary care begins with strong physician-patient relationships. That's why we've intentionally designed a practice model that prioritizes quality over volume, reduces administrative burden, and provides the support physicians need to thrive both professionally and personally.

As part of the nation's leading academic health systems, physicians benefit from the resources and reputation of Brigham and Women's Hospital and Mass General Brigham while practicing in collaborative, community-based settings focused on delivering outstanding patient care. With dedicated 30-minute visits, approximately 16 patients per day, and a thoughtfully structured three-year panel ramp-up, physicians can focus on continuity of care, meaningful patient relationships, and clinical excellence without the pressure of unrealistic productivity expectations.

Working alongside Registered Nurses, Population Health Coordinators, Clinical Social Workers, Community Health Workers, and Resource Specialists, physicians can practice at the top of their license while knowing patients have access to the resources and support they need beyond the exam room. This collaborative approach helps reduce administrative burden, improve care coordination, and improve the patient experience.

For physicians who value teaching and professional growth, we offer the opportunity to remain actively engaged in academic medicine while building a rewarding clinical practice. Eligible physicians may pursue an optional Harvard Medical School academic appointment, teach medical students and, or residents. In addition, physicians enjoy a comprehensive benefits package that includes a generous sign-on bonus for eligible candidates, dedicated CME time and funding, health and wellness benefits, tuition reimbursement, retirement savings programs, generous paid time off, and eligibility for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) program, helping support both your professional goals and personal well-being. We are committed to supporting physicians throughout every stage of their career. Through dedicated onboarding, mentorship, leadership development, and ongoing career advancement opportunities, we provide the foundation, resources, and professional connections needed to foster long-term growth, engagement, and success. As part of Mass General Brigham, physicians also gain access to a collaborative network of colleagues, experts, and resources that support continuous learning, professional fulfillment, and long-term success.
