Required Qualifications *Doctor of Medicine (M.D.), Doctor of Osteopathy (D.O.), or M.B.B.S *Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine *Active and unrestricted Arizona medical license or ability to obtain prior to start *Current and unrestricted DEA certificate or ability to obtain prior to start Compensation for this specialty generally ranges from $237,500 - $384,000. Total cash compensation includes base pay and bonus and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
