Join a collaborative team delivering high-quality care to post-acute and long-term care patients across skilled nursing facilities in Andover, Massachusetts. This full-time Medical Director/Attending Physician role provides clinical leadership, close collaboration with experienced Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants, and meaningful impact on patient outcomes in a supportive, team-based environment. Key responsibilities Provide direct patient care and medical oversight within assigned skilled nursing facilities. Partner with NPs and PAs to coordinate comprehensive, patient-centered care plans. Serve as clinical leader for assigned facilities, supporting staff education and quality initiatives. Maintain accurate documentation and participate in performance and compliance activities. Schedule and practice model Full-time with flexible scheduling: physicians typically cover each facility 1-2 days per week. No set daily start/end times, no overnight shifts, and no on-call responsibilities. Typical patient volume: 18-25 visits per day. Company-provided iPad with LTE for efficient documentation. Additional locations Opportunities also available in GA, KS, IL, LA, IN, MA, MI, MO, NC, OH, TN, and WI. Compensation and benefits Competitive pay with earning potential above industry benchmarks and a performance-based bonus program. Up to $50,000 long-term retention incentive.
