We are recruiting a full-time Medical Director/Attending Physician to provide clinical leadership and direct patient care at a skilled nursing facility in Andover, Massachusetts. Responsibilities Provide comprehensive, patient-centered care in partnership with Nurse Practitioners and Physician Assistants. Serve as clinical leader and attending physician for assigned facility(ies), overseeing patient care, care plans, and clinical quality. Manage 18-25 patient visits per day, typically covering each facility 1-2 days per week. Complete documentation using company-provided iPad with LTE; no overnight shifts, call, or fixed start/end times. Qualifications MD or DO with an active, unrestricted U.S. medical license or eligibility for licensure. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine, Internal Medicine, Geriatrics, PM&R, or Emergency Medicine. Strong communication, leadership, and clinical decision-making skills.
