ColumbiaDoctors in partnership with NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group/Westchester is seeking an Intesivist to join our team in Bronxville , New York . The position includes an academic appointment with Columbia University Vagelos College of Physicians and Surgeons, one of the top-ranked multidisciplinary clinical and research teams in the country. The ideal candidate is fellowship-trained and BC/BE in Critical Care Medicine with strong surgical ICU experience/ training. Candidates will hold a Columbia University faculty appointment aligned with their primary specialty - Surgery, Anesthesiology, Emergency Medicine, or Internal Medicine. NewYork-Presbyterian Westchester (formerly NewYork-Presbyterian/Lawrence Hospital) provides access to primary care physicians and specialists from ColumbiaDoctors, the faculty practice ofColumbia University Irving Medical Center and NewYork-Presbyterian Medical Group Westchester. Our 288-bed facility is home to a cancer center, maternity center, breast health center, two cardiac catheterization labs, and a state-designated Stroke Center. NYPW provides advanced services such as minimally invasive surgery, state-of-the-art orthopedic care, access to clinical trials; emergency care to approximately 35,000 individuals annually; and delivers nearly 2,000 babies each year. Bronxville, New York is located in the heart of Southern Westchester County . This area is conveniently located to many main thoroughfares allowing for proximity to NYC. This beautiful suburban neighborhood with access to the great outdoors and city life, makes it a wonderful place to live and work. The salary range for this position is $310k to $365k.
