Jefferson Abington Hospital is seeking a full-time Infectious Disease Physician to join our growing team in Abington, Pennsylvania. This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient infectious disease care in a collaborative, academic environment within Jefferson Health, one of the region's most respected health systems.
The successful candidate will join a team of 6 experienced infectious disease specialists dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care, advancing medical education, and supporting the continued growth of our Infectious Disease program.
Job Description
Provide comprehensive inpatient and outpatient infectious disease consultation services, with a wide variety of clinical pathology.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of infectious disease specialists, hospitalists, surgeons, pharmacists, and other healthcare professionals across multiple departments.
Teach and mentor medical students and residents within a vibrant academic environment.

Qualifications
MD or DO degree required.
Board Certified or Board Eligible in Infectious Diseases.
Eligible for medical licensure in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
