The candidate will support the evolution of Summa's Complex Care Institute, whose vision is 'to meet people where they are and advocate for what matters most'. This team provides care to over 500 patients in the community. Additionally, they provide the most vulnerable and complex patients with comprehensive, interdisciplinary primary care and support in a cost effective, efficient, and well-coordinated plan. The selected candidate will become a member of the Summa Health Medical Group, a multi-specialty group practice with nearly 700 providers employed by the Summa Health System.
