POSITION DETAILS: The Salisbury VA Health Care System , located in Salisbury, North Carolina, is seeking a dynamic, visionary physician leader to serve as the Hematology and Oncology Program Manager across its three main sites: Salisbury, Charlotte, and Kernersville. As Program Manager, you will play a key role in supporting the Section Chief with both clinical and administrative oversight of high-volume hematology and oncology services, with particular responsibility for directing Infusion Services and supervising the oncology navigation core. The Salisbury VAHCS is recognized as a Complexity 1 facility, affiliated with Wake Forest University School of Medicine, and features one of the nation's leading VA infusion centers. You will work within a multidisciplinary team of dedicated clinicians and researchers, advancing quality improvement, ensuring compliance, and contributing to both education and research. The selected candidate will receive a full-time faculty appointment at Wake Forest University School of Medicine, at a rank commensurate with experience, with expectations to engage in teaching, research, and service.
