The Duke Cancer Network is seeking a BE/BC Hematologist-Oncologist to join our growing cancer program at Duke Health Lake Norman in Mooresville, North Carolina. Opportunity Highlights Hospital-based cancer center Monday through Friday schedule Typical patient volume of 15-20 patients per day Develop a general Hematology-Oncology practice with the opportunity to pursue a clinical area of special interest Participate in a shared call rotation with Duke Cancer Network physicians Collaborative multidisciplinary environment supported by Duke specialists and subspecialty resources Opportunity to help grow and shape oncology services in a rapidly expanding market Collaborative Care Model

• The program is designed to provide comprehensive, patient-centered cancer care through an integrated multidisciplinary model that emphasizes collaboration, clinical excellence, and access to advanced treatments.
• Candidate Qualifications
• Board Eligible or Board Certified in Hematology and Oncology
• Comfortable treating a broad spectrum of malignant hematology and medical oncology conditions
• Commitment to evidence-based, patient-centered care
• Strong interest in teamwork and multidisciplinary collaboration
• Desire to build long-term relationships with patients and referring providers
