Position Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Board Certified (BC) or Board Eligible (BE) Medical Oncologist/Hematologist to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to clinical excellence, patient-centered care, and a passion for treating a wide range of blood disorders and solid tumors. We are a compassionate team dedicated to innovation, quality improvement, and superior patient outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat various types of cancers (solid tumors) and blood disorders (leukemia, lymphoma, anemia).
• Develop individualized treatment plans, including chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and targeted therapies.
• Provide compassionate care and education to patients and families throughout the cancer journey.
• Collaborate within a multidisciplinary team, including surgical and radiation oncologists.
• Manage follow-up care and rehabilitation for cancer survivors.
• Maintain accurate electronic health records and stay current on new research and technologies.

Qualifications

• Education: MD or DO degree from an accredited institution.
• Training: Successful completion of an ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine and a fellowship in Hematology/Oncology.
• Certification: Board Certified or Board Eligible in Hematology and Medical Oncology.
• Licensure: Valid medical license to practice in Idaho, or ability to obtain one.
• Skills: Strong communication skills, empathy, and ability to work in high-stress, fast-paced environments.
