For over 70 years, SCPMG has been a leader in delivering exceptional care—and we’re looking for passionate Hematology/Oncology physicians to be part of our team. Our Hematology/Oncology physicians have the opportunity to develop focused expertise in 1–2 areas of clinical interest, with the majority of their patient panel aligned with their area(s) of specialization, while continuing to care for patients across a broad range of hematologic and oncologic diagnoses. Our SCAL regional program provides opportunities for physicians to Develop subspecialty expertise in areas of clinical interest while maintaining a broad Hematology/Oncology practice. Shape clinical care through participation in quarterly subspecialty committees to review current clinical data, emerging therapies, ongoing clinical trials, and developments in their area of expertise. Participate in multidisciplinary regional programs and tumor boards across breast, GI, GU, thoracic, neuro, head & neck, GYN, sarcoma, cutaneous malignancies, and hematology. Engage in clinical research , including opportunities to accrue patients to ongoing clinical trials and participate in funded research and innovation projects. Teach and mentor medical students, residents, fellows, APPs, and colleagues. Contribute to the development of regional cancer programs and initiatives focused on improving quality, access, outcomes, and the patient experience. Why SCPMG?
