This is an exciting opportunity to provide comprehensive care for older adults and work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team dedicated to improving quality of life for seniors. Barger Clinic is an NHSC-approved site. About the Senior Health & Wellness Center The SHWC is an outpatient geriatrics clinic providing primary and consultative care for adults aged 65 and older. Physicians serve as primary care providers and consultants to meet the needs of an expanding older adult population.
