- Strong referral base from Mercy's primary care physicians and local Mercy urgent care

Mercy Hospital Jefferson: - A 300-bed community-based hospital - the only hospital in Jefferson County
- Excellent subspecialist support
- Approximately 40,000 Emergency Department visits annually
- Leapfrog Grade A and Top General hospital and CMS 4-star hospital
- Collaborative partnership with LECOM - Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine
- System-wide Epic EMR
- Catchment area of 1 million across 20 counties
