Job Summary

The salary range for this position is $450,000 to $516,000 annually. Actual compensation will be determined during the selection process and is based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, education, and internal equity.

The community division of Mass General Brigham is seeking a Board Certified or Board Eligible Gastroenterologist to join a collaborative team of 11 Gastroenterologists and 7 Nurse Practitioners (6 outpatient, 1 inpatient) serving Salem and Danvers, Massachusetts. Salem Hospital is the primary site for inpatient consultative work and endoscopy services. Whether you’re an experienced physician or a recent graduate, we welcome your application.

• Provide comprehensive gastroenterology services, including inpatient consultative care and endoscopy procedures at Salem Hospital.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of physicians, nurse practitioners, and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
• Leverage innovative practice models, such as telehealth, to enhance patient experience and streamline care.
• Contribute to the continued evolution of services through communication, leadership, and innovation.
• Select outpatients are scoped at MGB Danvers.
