Monument Health Rapid City Hospital (a 417-bed regional tertiary care, Level 2 Trauma Center) has a state-of-the-art endoscopy suite with experienced staff. Base salary of $800K. Productivity bonus incentive opportunities start from day one. Starting and retention bonuses of up to $180K. Other benefits include relocation assistance, CME reimbursement, paid malpractice, and a full benefits package. APP support provided. Group includes two fellowship-trained advanced GI specialists. All hospital/ED call taken by the inpatient GI service. Hepatology/transplant support provided by visiting subspecialists twice a month, and we have a full-time experienced hepatology APP. ERCP call is available for fully-qualified physicians who wish to participate. Epic EMR and the latest Provation for endoscopy documentation. Experienced general surgery group with 24/7 in-house trauma/ACS service. Colorectal fellowship trained surgeon joining our team fall 2025. Pathology group includes two GI pathology fellowship-trained specialists. Equity in joint venture endoscopy center is planned to be available by 2027.
