We are seeking a compassionate and skilled full-time Post-Acute Care Physician to join our care team. In this role, you will support patients and families as they transition from hospital to post-acute settings, overseeing recovery and managing complex medical needs with clinical expertise and empathy.

Compensation:
The starting salary for this position is: $309,000.00 (annually).
The actual compensation package could vary based on factors such as, but not limited to, the applicant’s experience, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
