Job Title: Founding Physician Owner-Partner & Medical Director — Menopause & Midlife Women's Health Specialty: OB/GYN, GYN-only, Primary Care, or Urology with a strong interest in midlife women's health Practice Type: Private practice / physician-owned, MSO-supported Employment Type: Full-time, Owner-Partner Location: Wellesley, Massachusetts Salary/Compensation: $250,000–$400,000 base, plus equity and profit participation About The Menopause Collective The Menopause Collective is a physician-led specialty practice built exclusively around menopause and midlife women's health — not a wellness spa, not a telehealth hormone platform, not a generalized concierge clinic. Our flagship location opens in Wellesley, MA, and we're looking for a founding physician to join as Owner-Partner and Medical Director. Most women in perimenopause and menopause get rushed visits, fragmented symptom management, and inconsistent hormone education. We built this practice to fix that: extended visits, a capped panel, and a model designed around continuity instead of volume. The Opportunity This is a ground-floor leadership role, not a staff position. You'll shape clinical protocols, mentor future team members, and hold real equity — with shared responsibility for how the practice grows. Visits run 60–90 minutes. The panel is capped at 300–500 active patients, sized to protect depth of care rather than maximize throughput. Clinical scope includes menopause hormone management, cardiovascular and metabolic screening, bone density/DEXA, nutrition, mental health screening, sexual health, pelvic health, and sleep — all under one longitudinal care model. Qualifications MD/DO in OB/GYN (GYN-only accepted), Internal Medicine, Primary Care, or Urology Strong subspecialty interest in midlife women's health MSMP credential or Women's Health Fellowship preferred (support available for candidates pursuing certification) Entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building something, not just staffing it Compensation & Benefits Base salary $250,000–$400,000, commensurate with training and experience Equity ownership with a defined partnership and profit participation Performance incentives tied to quality metrics and practice growth Full medical, dental, and vision benefits Occurrence-based malpractice with tail coverage CME allowance, including the Menopause Society Annual Meeting PTO, parental leave, and flexible scheduling with hybrid telehealth
