Qualifications Required * MD or DO from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy * Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency * Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine * Washington State Medical License (or ability to obtain) * DEA registration (or ability to obtain) * Current BLS Certification Preferred * Experience in Family Medicine, Community Health, or FQHC practice * Bilingual language skills * Experience caring for underserved populations * Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience or willingness to obtain required training * Nexplanon certification is a plus Why Neighborcare Health?
