• With nearly 30 clinics throughout the Seattle area , including School-Based Health Centers, Neighborcare Health provides comprehensive primary care, behavioral health, dental services, and care coordination to nearly 60,000 patients annually . Compensation

• 0.8 FTE. (32 hours per week)
• The annual salary range: $166,682.88 to $206,169.60
• 1.0 FTE. (40 hours per week)
• The annual salary range: $208,353.60 to $257,712.00
• Compensation is based on experience, qualifications, and schedule

• Primary Responsibilities
• As a Family Medicine Physician, you will provide comprehensive outpatient care for patients across the lifespan, including:
• Preventive care and wellness visits
• Diagnosis and management of acute and chronic illnesses
• Care coordination with specialty providers
• Collaboration with multidisciplinary care teams
• Evidence-based, culturally responsive patient care
• Documentation within the electronic health record
• Participation in quality improvement initiatives

Qualifications

• Required
• MD or DO from an accredited School of Medicine or Osteopathy
• Completion of an accredited Family Medicine residency
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Washington State Medical License (or ability to obtain)
• DEA registration (or ability to obtain)
• Current BLS Certification
• Preferred
• Experience in Family Medicine, Community Health, or FQHC practice
• Bilingual language skills
• Experience caring for underserved populations
• Medication Assisted Treatment (MAT) experience or willingness to obtain required training
• Nexplanon certification is a plus
