As we continue to grow and seek to impact more lives, we’re building a diverse, driven and empathetic team, while working hard to cultivate an environment where everyone can thrive.</p> </div></div><p><strong>Employment type:</strong></p> <ul> <li style="font-weight: 400;"><span style="font-weight: 400;">Full time</span></li> </ul> <p><strong>What you'll do:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Provide care for acute medical concerns as well as offering same-day and next-day access to patients with time-sensitive needs–without having your own patient panel</li> <li>Work flexible hours, including evenings (after 5 p.m.) and weekends, as our clinics operate 7 days a week from 8 a.m. to 9 p.m. 365 days per year</li> <li>Address a broad range of concerns such as chest pain, shortness of breath, abdominal pain, headaches, URIs, UTIs, STI testing/treatment, laceration repair, I&amp;Ds, wound care, musculoskeletal injuries, short-term medication refills, acute mental health triage, and time-sensitive post-hospital follow-ups; Successful applicants will be comfortable with initial management of acute changes in chronic conditions</li> <li>Stay up to date on evidence-based urgent care practices and maintain working knowledge of common primary care issues (e.g., hypertension, diabetes, depression/anxiety)</li> <li>Complete thorough documentation for all patient encounters including procedures</li> <li>Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states</li> </ul> <p><strong>You'll be set up for success if you have:</strong></p> <ul> <li>The desire to be an integral part of a rapidly growing team of clinicians dedicated to changing healthcare delivery&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>An interest in using technology to deliver high quality, evidence-based care</li> <li>Excellent clinical and communication skills&nbsp;&nbsp;</li> <li>Practiced at least 2 of the last 5 years in an outpatient primary or urgent care setting seeing all ages (0+)</li> <li>At least one year of experience caring for pediatric patients including newborns</li> <li>The ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and evenings</li> <li>The ability to work at least 3 major holidays a year</li> <li>The ability to work two full weekends per month (4 shifts)</li> <li>The ability to work between the hours of 8am-9pm</li> <li>State licensing in California, obtained by your One Medical start date</li> </ul> <p>This is full-time role based in San Mateo, CA at our <a href="https://www.onemedical.com/locations/sf/sanmateo-baymeadows/">Bay Meadows</a>&nbsp;office.</p> <p>One Medical is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.</p> <p>The base salary range for this role is $325,200 - $345,900 based on a full-time schedule. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements.
