Family Medicine Residency Program Director
The Family Medicine Residency Program Director plays an integral role in the academic and clinical training of the Kaiser Permanente family medicine residents. This position is responsible for overseeing the development, implementation, and evaluation of the residency program while ensuring strict compliance with ACGME accreditation standards and institutional policies. This Program Director role will foster an educational environment conducive to professional growth, collaborating closely with faculty, administrative leaders, and clinical partners to shape the future of medical education. This residency program will be the first of its kind in the Northwest and is currently in the planning and development phase, with an anticipated launch for the July 2028 intern class. The Program Director will play a key leadership role in establishing and launching the program, collaborating closely with the Designated Institutional Official (DIO), Graduate Medical Education (GME) Office, Graduate Medical Education Committee (GMEC), and operational leadership to develop and implement the residency program.
