We are seeking a dedicated Family Practice Physician for a 90-day assignment with our client in Oregon, beginning Oct 1, 2026. This role involves providing comprehensive primary care during daytime shifts, Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. The ideal candidate will diagnose and treat a diverse patient population, focusing on preventative care and managing chronic conditions within a supportive clinical environment. Responsibilities and Duties Provide comprehensive primary care to patients of all ages. Diagnose and treat acute and chronic illnesses and injuries. Perform routine physical examinations and preventative health screenings. Order and interpret diagnostic tests and laboratory results. Develop and implement individualized treatment plans. Educate patients and families on health management and disease prevention. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient medical records. Additional Information Board Certification in Family Medicine is required. The facility utilizes Epic EMR system. Work schedule is Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
