UVA Health Hiring Family Medicine Physician at Bull Run Family Medicine- Manassas, VA Bull Run Family Medicine - Manassas, VA UVA Community Health is seeking a Family Medicine physician to join Bull Run Family Medicine, a well-established outpatient primary care practice in Northern Virginia. This opportunity is ideal for a physician who enjoys providing comprehensive care across the lifespan in a collaborative, team-based environment with flexible scheduling and strong clinical support. Position Highlights Established outpatient Family Medicine practice in Manassas, VA 1.0 FTE opportunity with 36 patient-facing hours per week Flexible scheduling with options for a 4-day or 4.5-day workweek Collaborative team of 15+ providers Shared call model among 3 practices with Envera RN triage support, averaging approximately 2-3 weeks annually Epic EMR with DAX Copilot AI Schedule Clinic hours Monday & Tuesday: 7:45 AM - 7:00 PM Wednesday - Friday: 7:45 AM - 4:30 PM Providers typically work one extended day each week to support scheduling flexibility. The base compensation range for this role is $240,000 - $350,000 for a 1.0 clinical FTE status. Individual compensation will be determined by fair market value and the selected candidate's qualifications, clinical experience, specialty training, credentials, and/or education.
