The ideal candidate will be a Board-Certified Family Physician with primary care experience. We are looking for a physician with strong interpersonal skills, who is excited to develop a relationship with each patient and work with them on an individual plan to improve their health and wellness. The town experiences hot summers and mild winters, making it a unique destination in Southern California. Compensation & Benefits The compensation range for this position: $285,000 - $340,000.
