Job Summary and Responsibilities As our Family Medicine Physician , you will join CHI Health Clinic in Lincoln, Nebraska , and become part of a growing, multispecialty team dedicated to delivering high-quality, patient-centered care. To be successful in this role, you will be a board-certified or board-eligible physician with strong clinical skills, a commitment to preventive and evidence-based medicine, and a passion for serving patients across the continuum of care. Provide comprehensive outpatient primary care services in a traditional ambulatory clinic setting Diagnose, treat, and manage acute and chronic medical conditions across a diverse patient population Deliver preventive care, wellness services, and chronic disease management to support long-term patient health Develop lasting relationships with patients and families through continuity of care Practice within a collaborative multispecialty environment designed to enhance care coordination and patient outcomes.
