In an effort to maintain work-life balance for our providers, Essentia has implemented a ZERO Call model. All after hours call (not including OB, hospital and SUD/MOUD call) is covered by a separate call team. 36 patient contact hours/week Outpatient practice Full complement of visiting specialties including; Surgical and Medical Orthopedics, Oncology, General Surgery, Audiology, Nephrology, Urology, Cardiology, Weight Management and Occupational Medicine Hometown environment with support of a large health system Option for less than full-time employment.
