Extended visit times with smaller IDD panel size for meaningful patient and family interactions
Multidisciplinary team includes BCBA, social work, nurse navigator, and psychiatry support
Leadership and academic opportunities including teaching residents and medical students
Board-certified Family Medicine, Med-Peds, or Internal Medicine physicians encouraged to apply
Minimum 5 years of experience required; interest in academics and leadership strongly preferred
