About the Position : This position is located at Andrew Rader US Army Health Clinic. Incumbent will be working in a Primary Care Medical Home directing the clinical operations, mentoring junior providers and clinical staff while directly influencing the quality and efficiency of care delivered at the facility. This is a Direct Hire Authority (DHA) solicitation utilizing the DHA for Certain Personnel of the DoD to recruit and appoint qualified candidates to positions in the competitive service. Provide comprehensive primary and preventive healthcare to patients of all ages, addressing acute, chronic, complex, and interdependent medical conditions. Serve as Primary Care Optimization (PCO) Team Leader, delivering full-spectrum outpatient care and coordinating multidisciplinary services. Conduct a wide range of outpatient procedures, including biopsies, and other diagnostic/therapeutic interventions. Supervise physicians, nurses, and physician assistants. Perform hiring recommendations, performance management, and overseeing workflow. Lead the Patient Centered Medical Home (PCMH) team, ensuring high-quality, cost-effective care.
