The Cottage Grove Clinic is searching for a Family Medicine with OB Physician to join its team. Here you will be part of a team including Primary Care Providers and the service line specialties of Eye, Podiatry, ENT, Mental Health, OB/GYN, and additional ancillary services yet able to access the full spectrum of specialty care across the Allina Health system.
Flexible FTE
Primary care team has 11 Family Medicine Physicians and 6 APPs
32 patient contact hours per week
Outpatient practice providing care to all ages, including growing families
Clinic hours are Monday and Wednesday: 8:00am-7pm, Tuesday, Thursday, Friday 8am-5pm, and closed Saturday-Sunday

Works collaboratively with patients to improve their health and well-being.

Utilizes quality improvement tools to develop processes that promote continuous improvement in delivery of patient care, patient outcomes, or workflows.

Job Requirements
MD, DO, or foreign equivalency training required
BE/BC with ABMS or AOA required
Active, non-restricted medical license in MN (or ability to obtain)
Ability to obtain and/or maintain MN DEA certification and National Provider Identifier (NPI)
Ability to meet criteria/qualifications for Credentialing and hospital privileges, if applicable
BLS Tier 1- Basic Life Support -Multisource required within 180 Days

Pay Range
