BayCare Medical Group is seeking Board Certified or Board Eligible Nocturnists to join our established hospital medicine teams at three highly regarded BayCare hospitals in the Tampa Bay region:

• St. Joseph’s Hospital – South | Riverview, FL
• St. Joseph’s Hospital – North | Lutz, FL
• BayCare Hospital Wesley Chapel | Wesley Chapel, FL

This is an excellent opportunity to practice high-quality inpatient medicine within a collaborative, physician-led health system while enjoying an outstanding work-life balance and the Florida lifestyle.

Position Overviews:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in inpatient medicine, a commitment to clinical excellence and patient satisfaction, and exceptional communication and teamwork skills. Physicians work closely with nursing and multidisciplinary teams to deliver patient-centered, evidence-based care. These opportunities offer a 7 days on / 7 days off schedule from 7pm-7am in supportive, collegial hospital environments.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine or Hospital Medicine
• Inpatient experience required
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Team-oriented, patient-focused approach to care
