Questions to ask the employer
- Is $500,000–$550,000 base salary only, or expected total compensation including bonus and productivity?
- How is the productivity component calculated (wRVU rate, threshold, reconciliation cadence), and what did physicians here actually earn from it last year?
- What is the call schedule, and is call compensated separately or built into the base?
- How many weeks of PTO and CME time are included, and is unused time paid out?

Working collaboratively with the embryologist, department chair, and administrator, the Director will help develop streamlined, high-reliability operations while setting the vision for patient-centered, high-quality fertility care. This role includes a teaching faculty appointment in the LLU School of Medicine, with opportunities to mentor residents and develop REI research , leveraging a robust academic department that includes 37 residents and 3 fellows and a multidisciplinary group of OB/GYN generalists, GYN/ONC, MFM, and URO/GYN physicians .
