Our PA's take patients round-robin with our docs.... not just getting the easier/urgent care/fast track cases... so its truly a team approach. You'll also find experienced and stable nursing and support staff to ensure a smooth transition into your new role! *Position Details:* * Work an average of twelve, 12hr shifts per month for a full time position. * Fair mix of shifts 7a - 7p, Noon-Midnight and 7p - 7a * Cover 30 bed ED with an avg of 100 visits per day and 10 bed ED with 40 visits per day. * Level III trauma center and community hospital sized ED's * Excellent mix of pathology and plenty of interesting cases! * Excellent *work-life balance with a fair approach to scheduling and time off planning!* *What We're Looking For:* * *2+ years of experience* in Emergency Medicine preferred but open to new grads * A team-first mindset and strong communication skills * Someone who takes *ownership* of their practice and contributes to the team's growth * Comfort with autonomy and a passion for helping to develop and expand a growing service line.
