- Schedule: Variable day and night shifts, including 6a-4p, 8a-6p, 12p-10p, 3p-1a, and 9p-6a
- Department Volume: Approximately 30,000 patients annually
- ED Size: 22 beds
- Technology: EPIC EMR
- Trauma Level: Level III trauma center

Job Requirements - Board certification in Emergency Medicine (ABEM only)
- Active Washington physician license or ability to obtain licensure
- DEA required
- At least 1 year of emergency medicine physician experience required
- Ability to provide a current CV for credentialing
- Must be able to return privilege application within 1-2 business days
- Clean file preferred for timely onboarding
- Strong clinical background in acute care, high-acuity emergency medicine, and patient stabilization
Responsibilities - Evaluate and manage patients in a high-volume emergency department
- Provide care across variable 10-hour shifts, including nights and weekends as needed
- Work collaboratively with a board-certified emergency medicine team
- Deliver prompt, efficient care in a Level III trauma center environment
- Stabilize and treat a broad range of emergency medicine presentations
- Coordinate with available specialty support and transfer resources when needed
- Use EPIC EMR to document patient encounters accurately and efficiently
- Maintain strong communication with the care team to support smooth patient flow
