Emergency Medicine Physician – $280+/hr | Houston FSED | Physician-Owned

Join RoundTable Physician Group, a physician-owned and operated group where the value is passed directly to the clinicians. We are currently hiring Full-Time and Part-Time Emergency Medicine Physicians to staff our high-efficiency Emergency Departments in the Houston metro area.

Financial Highlights: Top-Tier Earning Potential

• Pay: Average $280+/hr at high-volume sites | Base $200 + RVU (day) | $230 + RVU (night)
• High volume defined as 30+ patients per 24 hours
• Full-time (12 shifts/month): $480,000+ annually in hourly pay — profit sharing is additional
• Profit Sharing: Available to all physicians working 10+ shifts per month.

Work-Life Balance & Clinical Setting

• Strategic Scheduling: 12-hour shifts with 6am/6pm changeovers to bypass Houston’s peak traffic.
• The Model: HCA-affiliated FSEDs. Seamless admission/transfer process to HCA home hospitals managed by a central Transfer Center.
• EMR & Tech: Meditech with individual Dragon profiles for ultra-fast charting. State-of-the-art CT (CTA capable) and bedside Ultrasound at all sites.
• Support: Independent practice environment with a highly responsive, physician-led leadership team.

Shifts:

• 12-hour shifts (6am/6pm) | Full-time: 12 shifts/month | Part-time available
• Low to moderate-acuity HCA freestanding ED — admissions transfer seamlessly to the home HCA hospital

Qualifications

• Certification: BC/BE in Emergency Medicine (ABEM or AOBEM) preferred.
• Alternate Boards: Family Practice with significant EM experience will be considered case-by-case.
• Licensing: Active Texas Medical License or eligibility for expedited licensure.
