The Pediatric Emergency Medicine Division offers a variety of clinical, academic and administrative opportunities for candidates at all stages of their careers. The Medical Center offers all of the resources needed to build well-balanced careers in teaching, research, and clinical service in Pediatric Emergency Medicine. Current areas of academic focus include pre-hospital care, transport, information technology, ultrasound, trauma, pain management, and toxicology. Applicants must be eligible for medical licensure in the state of Texas and be board eligible or certified in Pediatric Emergency Medicine.
