We are a hospital-employed group with guaranteed shifts and hours, no partnership track/buy-in and equal parity, scheduling, and vote from day one! • Springfield – 886-bed, level I, tertiary trauma, and catchment hospital for four states
  • 80,000+ annual ED visits
  • 9-hour shifts - 7 for patient care and last 2 for clean-up means you go home on-time
  • 13 physician shifts each day - no single coverage
  • 80-bed emergency department
  • 11-bed pediatric emergency department with most peds specialties available
  • Over 600 employed physicians across all specialties including comprehensive stroke, burn, hand, trauma
  • 24/7 in-house neurology/stroke, general and orthopedic trauma, anesthesiology, intensivists, hospitalists, and OB Hos
  • ED ultrasound (Sonosite), MRI, and CT available
• Microsoft DAX for efficient charting and significant time savings in documentation
