Accountable, on-site leadership: a local medical director who knows the community and owns the department's performance, supported by Sound's leadership-development tools. Stable, well-staffed teams: cohesive teams aligned on our patient-first culture of excellence, which means less reliance on premium temp labor and more predictable shifts. Qualifications Board-certified/eligible in emergency medicine or board-certified in family medicine or internal medicine with emergency medicine experience. Certifications Required for non-ABEM Physicians: ACLS, PALS, and ATLS. Authorized to work in the United States. Scheduling 24 hours of physician coverage in the ED with shifts from 7 AM - 7 PM and 7 PM - 7 AM. 12 hours of APP coverage in the on-site Urgent Care.
