Position: Per Diem Emergency Medicine Physician PPE is seeking a skilled and compassionate Emergency Medicine Physician to provide per diem coverage at New Bridge Medical Center. Responsibilities Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries. Perform comprehensive medical assessments and develop appropriate treatment plans. Order, interpret, and act upon laboratory, imaging, and diagnostic studies. Perform emergency procedures, including airway management, intubation, laceration repair, fracture reduction, central venous access, and resuscitation, as clinically indicated. Stabilize critically ill or injured patients and coordinate specialty consultations and hospital admissions. Collaborate with physicians, advanced practice providers, nursing staff, EMS, and other healthcare professionals to ensure optimal patient care. Document patient encounters accurately and timely in the electronic medical record. Maintain compliance with hospital policies, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based clinical standards. Provide flexible coverage for scheduled shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays, as needed. Qualifications MD or DO from an accredited medical school. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Emergency Medicine. Active and unrestricted New Jersey medical license Current DEA registration.
