This is a unique opportunity to step into a stable, democratic emergency medicine practice that has served the community since the mid-1970s. The group staffs the Emergency Department at Willamette Valley Medical Center, a 60-bed Level III Trauma Center serving the greater Willamette Valley region. The current Medical Director has been with the group since 2007 and is seeking the right physician leader for a gradual leadership transition over the next 6-12 months. Medical Director Role, Compensation, and Benefits The Medical Director role includes Approximately 60-80 clinical hours monthly plus Administrative responsibilities This position offers a pathway into the Medical Director role over approximately 6-12 months.
