Under the guidance of the ED Medical Director and System Chief of Emergency Medicine, you will help drive clinical excellence, operational efficiency, and quality outcomes for our community.
Position Details:
Assist in physician and APP staffing, performance evaluations, and mentorship
Collaborate with hospital administration and nursing leadership to optimize ED operations, patient flow, and overall patient experience
Support the implementation of emergency medicine protocols and quality improvement initiatives
Contribute to on-call administrative responsibilities as designated
Staff of 18 Emergency Medicine Physicians with 2 Physicians scheduled per shift
Level 3 Trauma Center
Stroke and STEMI center
Average 1.5-1.8 patients an hour
Physicians with Spanish fluency are strongly preferred
Financial Package:
Base salary plus quality incentive and productivity incentive includes a comprehensive benefits package
4 weeks of paid vacation
1 week of paid CME time plus $4,000 in expenses
