Supervise NP and PA providers as required. Work 12-hour shifts covering both day (6a-6p) and night (6p-6a) rotations. Manage an annual patient volume of approximately 24,000 visits. Collaborate with specialty backup including Hospital Medicine, OB, General Surgery, Urology, and ENT; arrange transfers for Pediatrics, Cardiology, GI, and Ortho as needed.
