Requirements
MD or DO
Active Indiana license required for presentation
Active DEA required
CSR if applicable
Board Certified or Board Eligible in:
Emergency Medicine
Internal Medicine
Family Medicine
Prior Emergency Medicine experience preferred Certifications
BLS
ACLS
PALS
