Compensation & Benefits:
Competitive Hourly rate of $285 an hour.
Practice Details:
7 employed physicians in the Emergency Medicine group.
Primary location: Deaconess Illinois Medical Center in Marion, IL.
3 Advanced Practice Providers (APPs) on staff.
Shift Structure:
Day Shift (7 AM 7 PM) staffed with 1 physician & 1 APP.
Night Shift (7 PM 7 AM) staffed with 1 nocturnist physician & 1 APP.
Average daily patient encounters:55.
Average daily admissions at Marion campus:11.
Referral base: ED visits, direct admissions, and regional transfers.
Subspecialty support: Cardiology, Gastroenterology, Urology, Neurology, General Surgery, Orthopedics, Colorectal Surgery, and more.
