Position: Emergency Medicine Physician

Location: Benton, Illinois

About Us: Franklin Hospital is a cornerstone of healthcare excellence in the Benton community and surrounding regions. We are dedicated to providing compassionate, high-quality care to our patients, and we are seeking an experienced Emergency Medicine Physician to join our dynamic team.

Job Description: We are looking for a motivated and skilled physician to deliver exceptional medical care to our patients. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will have the opportunity to work in a fast-paced environment, utilizing advanced technology and resources to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Key Details:
  • Annual Volume: Approximately 6,970 patients
  • EMR: Meditech Expanse
  • Hospital Capacity: 16 beds, including an 8-bed Emergency Department
  • Shifts Available:
    • 24-hour shifts, offering flexibility
    • Full-time - 5 - 24hr. shifts/month

Requirements:
  • All specialties with relative ER Experience accepted
  • Active, unrestricted medical license in Illinois
  • DEA, CSL
  • ACLS, ATLS, PALS (AHA)
  • Proficiency in emergency procedures and interventions
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Pay/Benefits:
  • Competitive compensation package (5-7 shifts per month-$266k-373k+ per year -1099)

  • License/ certification reimbursements for FT Providers
