- Schedule: Rotational coverage with morning, mid, and night options

- Orientation: 2-day shadowing and orientation
- Setting: Busy emergency department with chest pain and stroke center capabilities
- Location: Hendersonville, Tennessee, with convenient access to the greater Nashville area, lakeside recreation, dining, shopping, and outdoor amenities
Job Requirements - ABEM certification required
- New graduates welcome; emergency medicine training and strong clinical judgment are essential
- Ability to work in a fast-paced emergency department setting
- Comfort with standard emergency department procedures
- Clean file preferred for consideration of emergency privileges
- Willingness to complete credentialing requirements, including case logs if requested
- Collaborative approach with physicians, APPs, nurses, and techs
Responsibilities - Provide high-quality emergency medicine care for standard ED visits
- Evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients presenting with acute illnesses and injuries
- Perform common emergency department procedures as needed
- Work alongside APPs and clinical support staff to maintain efficient patient flow
- Manage admissions, consults, and follow-up needs based on the case
- Deliver patient care in a setting with average-acuity volume and a strong team-based workflow
- Support timely, compassionate care for a large and diverse patient population
