This role offers flexibility with both W2 and 1099 options available, allowing you to choose a model that fits your needs while delivering high-quality care and performing advanced procedures such as intubations, chest tubes, and critical care. This role can offer up to $616K and a $50,000 Bonus depending on the package you choose.
Schedule: • Full-time, 12-hour shifts (day/night/weekend rotations). • Mid-level support during peak hours. Pay Summary: W2 Employee Option (Living in the Community): • Base Compensation: $250/hr. • Quality Bonus: $10/hr (paid quarterly). • Annualized: Approximately $561,600 based on 2,160 hours/year, including bonuses. • Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 (treated as a forgivable loan over 3 years). • Benefits: o Employer-paid health insurance (HSA option). o CME allowance. o 401K Safe-Harbor Plan (3% company contribution). o Professional liability insurance included. 1099 Independent Contractor Option (Living in the Community): • Base Compensation: $275/hr + $10/hr quality bonus (paid quarterly). • Annualized: Approximately $615,600 based on 2,160 hours/year, including bonuses. • Sign-on Bonus: $50,000 (treated as a forgivable loan over 3 years). • Other Benefits: o Paid professional liability insurance.
