About this role: As a Physician in Emergency Medicine, you will work with a team of healthcare professionals committed to providing quality care and excellent patient experience.
Competitive Compensation: $402,144 plus the potential to earn more with a production incentive and night shift differential for each night shift worked.
Quality Bonus: $5,000 Incentives: $25,000 starting bonus, up to
$20,000 relocation bonus (if applicable), and up to
$100,000 student loan repayment bonus (if applicable). Were also
PSLF eligible! ? You will practice at St. James Healthcare, a Level 4 Trauma Center, in Butte, MT. Shifts will be 12-hour shifts, nights preferred but 50/50 night/day split optional. Full-time is considered 142 12-Hr shifts for the year. Daily APP coverage from 11-11. Connections to St. Vincent Regional Hospital, a Level I Trauma Center, and other Intermountain Health hospitals.

What youll bring: MD or DO degree from a fully accredited medical or osteopathic school of medicine. Residency trained in Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, or Internal Medicine. Board certification or eligibility in the designated discipline. Active, unobstructed Montana medical license, or the ability to obtain one. Ability to successfully complete Intermountain Healths credentialing process. Passion for emergency medicine and rural communities. 3 to 5 years of Emergency Medicine experience is preferred. Open to nights.

St. James Healthcare is a 98-bed Level III Trauma Center has provided care in Southwest Montana and the surrounding area since 1881, and our clinical network ensures community needs are met. We have Life Flight services available 24-7-365 to receive & transport patients as needed. We offer comprehensive, specialty care, including a da Vinci Robotics surgery.
